If the transducer vibrator is ignited and the ceramic material is broken, it can be checked with naked eye and megohmmeter. Generally, as an emergency treatment measure, it can disconnect individual damaged vibrator, which will not affect the normal use of other vibrators.

When the ultrasonic vibrator is damp, the plug connected with the transducer can be checked with megohmmeter. The basic condition can be judged by checking the insulation resistance value. Generally, the insulation resistance is more than 5 megohm. If the insulation resistance value is not reached, the transducer is generally damp, the transducer can be put into the oven for about 100 ℃ for about 3 hours or the resistance value is normal by using the electric blow dryer.
